HAPPY 2008 !

HAPPY BELATED SHAWN TAN ! (1st jan)

okay lah i know i'm late but really dint feel like updating. so leh cheh.

shall talk bout the past few days first. it was good ! venos outing was damn good really. thanks zhaopei ! for accompanying me to buy some cakes before going to MINDS cafe. was really hungry lah.

met up with the rest. jolene was damn crazy pasting stickers over everyone. walked over to MINDS. played alot of games. but i like the UGLY game. it's a retarded screaming game. and hakim (not FA) best at snatching cards please. LOL.

then headed to marina. slacked around. played truth or dare and omg. so many interesting interesting stuff. LOL. then headed home with hakim. he stays at like blk 60 ! treated me to cab home. THANKS HAKIM !

new year's eve:

went to school in the morning for a half an hour lesson. then to wilbur's house to complete assignment. and then to ice skating at kallang newly opened leisure park. ice skating is fun ! hahaha i dint fall at all.

fishy and all enjoy falling lah. they say falling is the most fun. really new experience and all. thanks junhao and hanchih for coming up with the idea. though i did too ! then headed down to katong's cafe olive for dinner.

my food sucks really. quite waste money lah. then walked to ecp and they say to go lagoon ! OMG. me and bao dint like the idea cause lagoon was damn far and by the time i walk there i have to walk back. so in the end we stopped at some place and just settled by the beach.

saw flares from ships and also the fireworks at marina bay. good spot lor. then brian tried to get everyone to throw junhao into the water but bao said "why don't get brian instead" and everyone turned and threw brian into the water. jonathan best please.

he took brian down into the water single handedly ! lol. in the end he got wet also lah. had loads of laughs looking at brian and jonathan. then headed home. thanks everyone who came (: and thanks jean and suling. if not i'll be the only girl again.

and i shall make it clear. not that i enjoy being the only girl. actually it sucks really. but i can't help it cause usually i hang out more with the engineering people and they only consist of guys ! like hanchih and all. so i can't help it really. so yah. just thought of clearing it up only.

anyway new year so must have new year resolution i guess.

actually i don't really have much in mind. maybe:

1) try communicating more with my family. my dad says i don't really tell them stuff.
2) be more outspoken. i realise i'm quite softspoken infront of people i don't know.
3) start doing my assignments or projects earlier and not wait til last minute!
4) get better grades. it sucks to always be the lowest scoring person in your group.
5) use my brain more and not rely on people.
6) be more focused during projects. yes i really need to. cause i tend to drift off and talk bout some random stuff.
7) be a better friend to others.
8) save more money. hahaha. i tend to overspend sometimes.
9) be a better girlfriend. though i'm already quite good. LOL.
10) go marina to watch fireworks next year. 2 years at ecp is enough i guess.
11) be more patient and try to control my temper.

hahaha there's quite alot i guess. and yeah. hopefully i'll be able to fulfil all of these and not just empty talk.
